How do I download my pattern after I pay for it?
• After we receive confirmation of your payment from PayPal, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to our download system. Please read this email in its entirety - it will contain the username and password you need to access your pattern(s).

• Yes it is. Good news, though - it's FREE. Simply visit Adobe's Website to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.
When I try to open my pattern, it gives me a file reading error. What's up with that?
• You need to update your version of Adobe Acrobat to the most recent release. Simply visit Adobe's Website to download the latest version of Adobe.
How long does it take to get my handmade hat or Croshay Design pattern kit?
• All of our products are made-to-order, and shipping times can depend upon the availability of the color(s) you've selected.
